工商時報－元鈦科技深坑自建數據中心 劍指全球AI基礎建設
今年AI算力需求持續升溫，帶動液冷散熱基礎建設快速成形。今年1月16日正式登錄興櫃的AI液冷解決方案廠元鈦科技，掛牌後第三天即公告斥資2.68億元，向永陞建設取得深坑601.11坪土地，並由永陞量身打造全新數據中心，規劃地上5層、地下1層，總樓地板面積2,190.48坪，展現公司從液冷設備供應商，進一步朝AI資料中心基礎建設布局的企圖心。
